If I knew what this would have taken in the beginning, I would have never started it.

The naivety, naiveté or naivety however you want to pronounce it, of not knowing what I was getting into fueled it. Thank God I didn’t know because it was a lot harder than expected, a lot better than expected. I just didn’t think it was going to be this hard. I always thought from the outside, I saw businesses and what I’ve learned is: all business is hard.

There is not a simple business out there; every business is complex just in a different way.
